Our Job: becoming for a while your "resident expert" in order to set up, with you, the framwork of your meeting or event.
Our local expertise allows us to manage every phase of the preparation.
- Search for the most suitable place and framework (accommodation, meals, disposal and equipment of the meeting rooms, welcoming and transfer of participants),
- Prior the event, handle registrations, sending of confirmations or setting up of a dedicated website,
- Setting up of possible external activities of relaxation or motivation.
In every case, each service will be invoiced separately.
